Nestled in the foothills of The Cotswolds, Ilmington Church of England Primary School is a wonderful place to learn. We uphold the Christian values of Love, Friendship, Fellowship and Service and aim to provide an environment which is joyful, vibrant and challenging. We have high expectations of our entire school community and strive to enable each individual to achieve their full potential, 'to be the best they can be'.
Our commitment to safeguarding children is our top priority. When children are safe they thrive and flourish with their learning.
We believe in working with families to promote in their children a lifelong love of learning, to develop curiosity and to show kindness toward others. The happiness of our pupils, as well as the strong sense of family is present throughout our school. Manners, thoughtfulness and good humour are attributes we promote through caring and respectful relationships.
Ilmington children are nurtured and inspired. They are able to develop the self-belief, independence and resilience needed in order to achieve wonderful outcomes. Our dedicated team are constantly thinking of inspiring ways to deliver the National Curriculum, broadening the horizons of our young learners with experiences inside and outside of the classroom which bring magic, wonder and a great deal of laughter.
The Ilmington School community reaches far beyond the playground. We are proud of our traditions, our relationships with our village friends and neighbours and our location in the country. Preparing our children for their future lives in the wider-world and enabling them to be responsible citizens, is something we hold dear.
This website gives you a window into our school, but the best way to experience Ilmington is to come and visit us.
We will look forward to welcoming you.
