The Rev. Chris Goble, is our Chair of Governors and also a parent at Ilmington. He is a regular visitor each week in school, leading collective worship on Wednesday mornings and running the FAST after school club on Friday's.
The Children and staff at Ilmington are regular visitors to St. Mary's for key celebrations in the Christian calendar such as Harvest Festival, Remembrance Day, Christmas and Easter Services and end of term celebrations.
St. Mary is a beautiful Norman church on Back Street has existed in some form since the early 11th Century and boasts one of the finest bell towers in Warwickshire.
Not only does it host Ilmington School, but also includes some very special carved mice (by Robert Thomson of Kilburn), which all new children and staff at Ilmington are tasked with finding inside its walls!
This coming year, St. Mary's will be holding a Services at the end of each month for the Ilmington School Community. Parents and village friends are very welcome to join.
The dates are on the website calendar.
